Initial in-home lactation consultations generally last 90 minutes and include an evaluation of the infant's feeding, assessment of both mom and baby as well as in depth discussions around the issue of concern.  This may include latch issues, maternal comfort, infant tongue and lip tie evaluations, infant weight gain, normal infant development, maternal milk supply concerns, pumping and returning to work as well as a host of other potential areas of concern.  2 weeks of follow up phone and email support is included in the cost of the consultation.

Follow up in-home consultations as well as in-hospital consultations are available as needed.
